Salary: $70,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements:

• BS or MS degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Certifications such as MCSE, MCITP, Network+, and VCP
• Over 7 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or Server Engineer
• Proficient in enterprise-level networking and advanced switching & routing
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2012 or later
• Expertise in Windows Server Roles including AD, DNS, DHCP, DFS, IIS, and GPO
• Advanced knowledge of PowerShell scripts
• Experience in VoIP/SIP configuration and support
• Proficiency with Exchange 2013 or later
• Strong background in Office 365 Administration
• Administrative expertise in Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft Endpoint Management
• Experience with Microsoft Intune or SCCM
• Advanced Firewall Configuration skills, with a preference for SonicWALL
• Networking experience and ability to conduct performance analysis
• Strong documentation capabilities
• Familiarity with spam filter technologies
• Hands-on experience with server equipment installation and setup
• Knowledge of backup solutions and business continuity/disaster recovery planning

• Collaborate directly with clients and partners to provide knowledgeable support for hardware and software installations
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
• Manage advanced installations, support, and maintenance of both physical and virtual servers and core infrastructure components
• Deliver top-tier escalation helpdesk support to ensure user satisfaction
• Plan and assess system utilization and perform capacity analysis
• Oversee the configuration management of desktops, servers, and various services
• Assist in the identification and management of service outages
• Work with the Operations Manager on recruitment processes
• Develop documentation and standard operating procedures for internal processes
• Handle escalated service calls as part of an on-call rotation
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management
