Job Description

Cordia Resources is seeking a Senior Revenue Accountant. The Senior Revenue Accountant will be responsible for managing revenue transactions, preparing reconciliations, and supporting accurate and timely financial reporting. This role will also contribute to variance analysis and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

• Review, record, and reconcile revenue transactions in accordance with GAAP
• Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations related to revenue accounts
• Post adjusting journal entries to ensure accuracy of financial statements
• Perform variance analysis and provide explanations for management review
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes
• Assist with process improvements, system enhancements, and audit requests

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, with revenue accounting experience a plus
• Strong understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition principles
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
