As a Senior Product Designer, you will take full ownership of the product design process, shaping how users interact with the platform and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-centric experiences. You will work at the intersection of design, product, and engineering, translating complex problems into intuitive and elegant solutions. This role offers the opportunity to set design standards, define workflows, and lay the foundation for product design practices across the organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, while continuously iterating and improving the product. This is a hands-on, highly impactful position where your design decisions will directly influence customer experience and product success. You will also champion the use of AI tools and scalable design systems to maximize design efficiency and impact.
