Position Overview

As a Remote Call Center Agent, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working from home.

Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding products and services
Document customer interactions in the company database
Resolve customer issues or escalate to appropriate departments when needed
Maintain a positive and professional attitude on every call
Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance goals

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 0–1 year of customer service or call center experience (training provided)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer and multitasking abilities
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
