Monarch is offering multiple internship locations. This internship encompasses management of 1130 apartments at our 5 Little Rock, AR communities.

• Block 2 Lofts Apartments, 115 East Markham Street Little Rock, AR 72201, 145 units

• Fairfield Apartments,1912 Green Mountain Drive Little Rock, AR 72212 , 337 units

• The Berkley Apartments,1601 N Shackleford Little Rock, AR 72211, 252 units

• Vantage Point Apartments, 2300 Rebsamen Park Road Little Rock, AR 72202, 228 units 

• Beacon Hill, 1801 Reservoir Rd Little Rock, AR 72227, 168 units

We offer a comprehensive and competitive summer internship program for those interested in Multifamily Housing Operations.

Through our mentorship and guidance, we expect our interns to pull their fair share of responsibilities, not just make coffee. We are not afraid to let you get involved in all aspects of operations. The Property Management Intern will act as a Jr. Assistant Manager directly assisting the Property Manager in all property related activities.  

They will spend time during their internship in each role including but not limited to Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Agent, Maintenance, Grounds and Housekeeping. In addition, they will have exposure to Marketing, Asset Management, Accounting and the Legal aspects of multifamily investment operations whenever possible.

Qualifications:

-          Be enrolled in an educational institution
-          Be working towards a degree related to Property Management or below examples, but not exclusive.
>Residential Property Management Program
>Business Management, Entrepreneurial Degree or Marketing / Sales
-          Passion for real estate
-          Ability to adapt to new environments and multi-task
-          Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
-          Willing to complete online class training required by Monarch
