Job Description

Hours: 3pm -11 pm  
Pay: $16.00

The Custodian will perform custodial work required for the routine cleaning, maintenance, and operation of the area to which they are assigned by the Building Administrator, the Custodial Supervisor, the Assistant Custodial Supervisor or the Head Custodian of the building. 

Requirements:
-Fingerprint background check
-Physical Exam form
-Family Care Safety Registry
-Tb test
-Must demonstrate proper mixing techniques for cleaning chemicals.
-Must demonstrate proper operating procedures for the use of custodial equipment including buffer/speed buffer, gym finish applicator, weed eater, power mowers, air blower, and snow blower.
-Must demonstrate proper techniques for stripping floors and shampooing carpets
-Must be available for and able to perform snow removal as required.
