Job Details: Responsibilities:

• Performing a variety of clinical tests.
• Perform various biochemical, microscopic, blood bank and/or bacteriological tests.
• Obtain data for use in the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of disease.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related science from an accredited school required.
• Licensed under the NYS Dept of Education as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist required.
• Knowledge of hematology, chemistry, blood bank, and/or microbiology required.
• Hospital experience desired.
• Must work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• One year internship at an accredited hospital or one year practical experience required.
• Good oral and written communication skills essential.

Posted Salary Range: USD $44.26 - USD $55.62 /Hr. : This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
