Job Description

Salary: $90,001 - 129,660 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2-4 years of experience in system administration, cybersecurity, or network support
• Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity frameworks (RMF, NIST SP 800-53)
• Knowledge of STIGs, system hardening, and vulnerability management tools
• Basic understanding of network protocols and encryption systems
• Must possess (or be able to obtain within 6 months of hire) a DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification such as Security+ CE
• Active TS/SCI clearance, valid only for U.S. citizens
• Experience with COMSEC operations or key management systems (desired)
• Familiarity with MBSE SAM, eMASS, or Cameo (desired)
• Exposure to DevSecOps or CI/CD environments (desired)
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) (desired)
• Strong analytical, communication skills, and attention to detail

• Support the integration of FORGE Framework and Satellite Vendor Command & Control (C2) software into MSOC and BMSOC systems
• Assist with the design, installation, and configuration of hardware, software, and network equipment
• Implement Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and assist with cybersecurity controls as per DoD RMF and NIST SP 800-53
• Aid in the network setup for terrestrial and space-ground cryptographic systems, including configuring Points of Presence (PoPs)
• Participate in system roll-out, integration testing, and the preparation of security compliance documentation
• Contribute to COMSEC and crypto key management activities under senior personnel supervision
• Help to create and maintain documentation in MBSE SAM and eMASS for Authority to Operate (ATO) compliance
• Assist in monitoring the network, analyzing system performance, and troubleshooting issues
