Affirmed Home Care, one of New York’s premier concierge home care agencies, is seeking compassionate and experienced Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide high-quality, in-home care to clients in Bedford, NY and nearby Westchester towns. This per diem role offers flexible schedules, immediate local assignments, and steady case placement , ideal for HHAs who want meaningful work without long commutes.
$21.00 per hour
Local Bedford cases — minimal travel
Day shifts available (6–12 hours)

As a Certified Home Health Aide with Affirmed Home Care, you will provide personalized, client-centered care that supports safety, independence, and quality of life. This role is perfect for HHAs seeking flexible, rewarding work in their local community .
Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
Provide medication reminders
Support meal preparation and light housekeeping
Offer companionship, engagement, and emotional support
Promote client safety, dignity, and independence
Valid New York State HHA Certificate
Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Driver’s license preferred
Physical exam within the past year
PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years
MMR immunization within the past 10 years
