Description Tier 1 Help Desk Support Technician is the first point of contract for employees seeking IT support. This entry-level role is responsible for providing basic troubleshooting, password resets, and issue triaging while ensuring a positive customer service experience. Help Desk Technicians will escalate more complex issues to Advanced IT Support Specialists (Tier 2) and Senior IT Support Specialists (Tier 3) for resolution, when needed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Fort Myers, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
