Description Jennifer Fukumae with Robert Half is partnering with a global private equity firm that is expanding its finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals in public accounting to transition into investment accounting, taking on immediate responsibility with strong career growth potential. Responsibilities + Manage Fund and General Partner ledgers, including quarterly expenses, accruals, intercompany activity, investment transactions, and partner allocations. + Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements. + Support annual audits and tax filings. + Monitor cash position for assigned funds. + Calculate, record, and process fund and investment capital calls and distributions. + Partner with Investor Relations to respond to limited partner inquiries. + Prepare and deliver ad-hoc analyses and reports. Requirements Requirements: + Private equity or partnership accounting experience strongly preferred. + Experience with cash flow analysis. + 5+ years in audit or fund accounting. + Degree in Accounting, Business, or Economics. + CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus. + Strong time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
