Position Filled
The chef will work six months a year in rotation with a few other chefs. The rota will be confirmed and agreed upon with all chefs, with the aim of working three months on and three months off. However, please note that the schedule is subject to change at a moment's notice.
The chef will be responsible for cooking for a couple with multiple residences around the world, predominantly in Beverly Hills LA.
A typical day of work will involve cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The starting time is 9 am, and the day can last until past 10 pm, although it usually ends around 7:30 pm. The chef must be flexible.
The service is very formal, where the chef needs to understand silver service. However, the food is served and cleared away by the butler.
It would be incredibly useful for the chef to have skills in cooking traditional Italian cuisine, with a focus on fresh pasta. The family prefers simple cuisines made from fresh, organic, and healthy food. The chef should be able to cook according to their strict dietary needs, such as preparing meals without salt.

We are seeking an experienced, discreet, and professional private chef who has worked within a formal, fully staffed home. The chef must have a valid passport and be ready to travel at a moment's notice.
Requirements:
- Professional education/training as a chef for private UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) families or in top restaurants.
- Cooking healthy meals in accordance with both principals' specific dietary requirements.
- Discretion is of the utmost importance.
- Maintaining proper hygiene both in and out of the workplace.
- Preparing daily menus and making changes as necessary.
- Maintaining proper inventory levels.
- Purchasing fresh food products from local farmer's markets and top grocers, both internationally and domestically.
- Team player; able to work harmoniously among other staff members.
-Spanish and Italian language skills are a plus but not required.
Start time: ASAP
1 day off per week.
A top hotel located within 5 minutes of the family's home will be provided.
