Job Description

(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Family-NP - We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a well-respected hospital working a combination of family practice, emergency room coverage and nursing home coverage. The provider would work Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (4|10 schedule negotiable) with ER cross coverage (the hourly rate is negotiable for ER coverage depending upon experience). The clinic averages about 18 patients per day with a collaborative physician. The Provider must be comfortable working autonomously in the clinic and ER and ATLS is required within the first year of work.

The starting base salary would be $135,000-$140,000+ range plus benefits. However, with the ER hourly rate and incentives, the provider would earn substantially more. There is a performance- based incentive plan as well that is also offered and discussed during the interview. An experienced Provider is preferred due to the lack of physician supervision, but new graduates with an ER background that feel very confident in their skills as a provider and can function autonomously are welcome to apply. This location qualifies as an FQHC and loan repayment through the NHSC program. If awarded the Provider would receive $25,000 per year paid to the Provider's student loans. There is a separate application that needs to be completed and a two-year commitment need to be made in exchange for $50,000 in loan forgiveness.
