We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing primary care to patients of all ages, from infancy to adulthood. You'll work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to deliver quality care and improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans
- Develop and implement patient care plans, including prescribing medications and other treatments
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work and x-rays
- Educate patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Participate in quality improvement activities
Requirements:
- Master's degree in nursing and certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Active state nursing license and DEA registration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare providers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
