Job Title: Echo/Cardiac Sonographer

Location: Cincinnati, OH 45219

Contract Duration : 13 Weeks’

Pay Rate: From $59/hr


Job Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Echo/Cardiac Sonographer for an exciting job in Cincinnati, OH.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform non-invasive vascular and/or echocardiographic testing
• Follow established imaging protocols to produce high-quality studies
• Obtain patient history and ensure proper documentation for each exam
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
• Collaborate with peers to maintain workflow and productivity
• Schedule add-on and emergency exams efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and stock in assigned areas
• Report equipment maintenance needs and operate equipment safely
• Participate in quality control and departmental improvement initiatives
• Stay current with testing protocols and continuing education requirements
• Attend department meetings and contribute to team goals

Required:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with hospital staff and technologists
• Current knowledge of cardiac and/or vascular sonography technologies
• Understanding of accreditation, credentialing, and QA procedures
• Familiarity with DICOM standards, imaging configuration, and EMR systems

Required Education:

• Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound training program
• Continuing education as required by ARDMS, CCI, ICAVL, ICAE

Required Certifications & Licensure:

One or more of the following:

• ARDMS Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS)
• ARDMS Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT)
• CCI Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)
• CCI Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
