Our team is looking for Dishwashers with high-volume kitchen experience to help us continue our tradition of being one of Charlotte’s best!

Dishwasher Responsibilities Include:

• Keep the restaurant running smoothly by loading, running, and unloading the dish machine, and always maintaining clean silverware for the dining room
• Monitor the dish machine all the time - keep it clean, look at the wash cycle to ensure its sanitary and effective, and report any problems immediately
• Making sure dishes are handled carefully so they don’t break
• Follow proper rules of hygiene and food safety
• Fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant

We Are Looking for a Dishwasher Who:

• Is focused on little details and able to do a great job efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoys working in a team environment
• Has the ability and desire to talk with your team
• Is comfortable working in a loud environment
• Can stand for 8+ hour shifts
• Can lift up to 50 pounds (roughly 5 medium bowling balls)
• Has an eye for workplace safety
