About the Opportunity:
We’re a leader in the aerospace industry, seeking an accomplished Director of Compliance to ensure our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory excellence. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape our compliance systems, oversee audits, and drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic planning and execute compliance and quality initiatives.
• Design and implement production, quality, and service standards in partnership with key departments.
• Identify and close compliance gaps through improved procedures and processes.
• Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring alignment with FAA, AS9100, and NADCAP standards.
• Analyze trends and corrective actions to strengthen quality systems.
• Develop compliance training programs and promote a culture of safety and accountability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 10+ years of experience in quality or compliance management within aviation, aerospace, or defense.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, FAA PMA, NADCAP, and ITAR .
• Proven record as a qualified supplier to major aerospace companies.
• Skilled in Excel ; Epicor MRP and composites experience are a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
