Tornado Transport is hiring an experienced Dedicated Regional Dry Van CDL A Truck Driver in the Dubuque, Iowa area. We are a family-owned company that prioritizes driver stability, safety, and home time. This position is for a professional driver looking for consistent routes and a great work-life balance.

Job Details:

• Home Time: You can expect weekly home time, with 36-48 hours off at home between Friday and Monday.
• Routes: You will be running regional routes, typically covering 6 Midwestern states: Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Iowa.
• Freight: All freight is dry van, 100% no-touch, and primarily drop-and-hook. You can expect to run up to 500+ miles per day.

Pay & Bonuses:

• Starting Pay: Starting wage is $0.53 per mile .
• Guaranteed Pay: We offer a $1,000 gross minimum pay guarantee every week to protect your income.
• Sign-On Bonus: New hires are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus .
• Referral Bonus: A $3,000 referral bonus program is also available.

Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of OTR experience in the last 5 years is required.
• Work History: No more than 2 jobs in the last 12 months, or 5 jobs in the last 5 years.
• Violations: No serious violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months.
• Accidents: No DOT-reportable accidents in the last 3 years.
