We’re seeking a full-time Bar Manager with strong bar operations and management experience to help lead our team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can balance guest experience, team management, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
· Oversee all bar operations, including service, inventory, purchasing, and product quality.
· Manage beverage costs, ordering, and vendor relationships to meet financial goals.
· Develop and maintain cocktail menus, seasonal features, and beverage programs.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
· Lead, train, and mentor bartenders, barbacks, and support staff.
· Foster a positive, professional, and efficient work environment.
· Jump in behind the bar or on the floor when needed to support service.
· Conduct staff meetings and maintain strong communication with the overall management team.
· Maintain high service standards and ensure every guest has an exceptional experience.
· Collaborate with the General Manager on promotions, events, and new offerings.
· Assist with recruiting and hiring new team members.
· Contribute to business planning, goal setting, and operational strategy.
Qualifications
· 2+ years of management experience in a bar-forward or high-volume setting (rooftop or nightlife venue a plus).
· Proven ability to manage bar operations, financials, and team performance.
· Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
· Deep knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage trends.
· Hands-on and guest-focused with a passion for hospitality.
· TIPS and/or Food Handler certification preferred.
